Meet the Team
Our team comprises experts from various areas of operations within business and brings with it many years of experience in business and education management.
Stuart Galloway – Senior Associate An experienced practitioner within the services and education sectors. Following a successful career in the Royal Military Police he held middle and senior management positions within the services sector focussing on the provision of security, safety and facilities management services with a variety of regional, national and international organisations. He holds a range of teaching, quality assurance and security qualifications.
He has direct experience of working with the UK Sector Skills Body for security and the private security regulator, the Security Industry Authority in the development of standards. He has worked with a number of OFQUAL accredited Awarding Organisations fulfilling a variety of roles including Chief Operating Officer, Head of Quality, External Quality Assurance, Centre Quality Reviewing, and the development of occupational standards and qualifications. In addition to his work on standards and qualifications, Stuart has also led one of the UK’s foremost security training delivery companies, giving the broadest insight into the delivery of qualifications.
A regular contributor to security journals and publications, Stuart is a well-known and respect member of the UK security and education community.
Stuart Kedward – Managing Consultant An experienced Senior Executive with a proven track record of success working at board level in a commercial and competitive service industry environment. With all round commercial, HR and operational skills delivering effective solutions to meet strategic business objectives and to build consistently improved business performance. A strong pro-active leader, empowering staff to take ownership, providing coaching, training and mentoring to build cohesive teams working together to achieve individual targets and company objectives. Results orientated and customer focused with excellent relationship management skills. Experienced in employment law, TUPE, implementation and maintenance of HR and operational policies and procedures, developing best practice, recruitment, health and safety, quality management, tribunal work (from preparation of claim to advocacy at hearing), dealing with trade unions, and the introduction and development of training programmes.
Stuart is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CFCIPD), and has previously held Non-Executive Director positions with an education awarding body (IQ) and with Vauxhall Business Improvement District.
