It's official....... we are QUALITY

After a rigorous assessment process which involved our staff, clients and learners, we achieved the prestigious quality mark of the matrix Standard.
The matrix Standard is the unique quality framework for the effective delivery of information, advice and/or guidance on learning and work. The matrix Standard is useful for organisations, such as WSG Associates, that deliver information, advice and/or guidance to external clients as part of their business and also for employers who are committed to developing their people.
Stuart Galloway, WSG Associates Senior Associate stated, "We are delighted to have achieved the matrix Standard, this underpins all the excellent practices that we have." he further commented "I would like to thank all our staff, clients and learners who not only participated in the assessment, but without them it would not have been possible!"
Comments from the matrix assessor included: "WSG displayed a strong commitment to client employer satisfaction and with leadership and delivery."
Strengths outlined by the assesser included;

"WSG has forged excellent working partnerships with client employers, to create opportunities for learners, grow industry knowledge and expertise and raise the profile of the security industry"
"Staff at WSG, are developed in accordance with client empoyer/learner demand and demonstrated a superior knowledge of their roles, showing strong commitment to indivdual learner progress."
